                       In this corona situation, you want to prioritize your mental health. when your mind is filled with anxieties, additional stress no work technique is going to keep you motivated. taking care of yourself can help you to better manage your mental health during this time, so make sure you are not letting the basics fall through the cracks. Try to move a bit each day with a walk around your street and do yoga in the morning(listen to meditation Music) that will help you to keep your mind relaxed. Limit yourself to reading pandemic-related news. Maintain a normal sleep schedule and keep your mind relaxed.

                     During this pandemic situation, you need to eat healthy food for your health, healthy food gives you more energy and grows your immunity system in your body that you need at that pandemic situation. It has become essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
